Step 1
Soak the almonds overnight and drain the water. Place the almond and the plain boiled water simultaneously in the Whirlpool Slow Juicer

Step 2
Zest the orange

Step 3
Mix the almond pulps with the orange zest and set aside

Save the juice for later use

Step 5
Cut the puff pastry into strip, use the fork to poke the hole. Place the puff pastry strip on baking pan

Brush the egg wash over the puff pastry, sprinkle the almond orange mixture and some sugar

Step 7
Preheat the m.a.x. Combi Steamer to 180°C and bake it for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, let cool and ready to serve

Whisk together the powder sugar and egg white to make the glaze

Step 9
Drizzle the glaze over the puff pastry. Let cool

Prepare the popsicle maker, combine the sugar syrup and almond juice, mix well

Peel and dice the papaya. Freeze the Whirlpool Popsicle Maker mold for 24 hours

Slowly pour the almond juice and add the dice papaya into the mold. Insert the sticks into the popsicle maker. Once the popsicle is frozen (about 7 minutes), remove with the pop removing tool
