Japanese Grilled Salmon Rice Ball

This recipe is simple enough for someone to prepare a breakfast in the early morning. You just need a pan instead of an oven to cook a hot and tasty rice ball.

Step 1
Chop the salmon.

Step 2
Mix together the sushi rice, salmon, furikake and white sesame.

Step 3
Form into triangular rice ball by hands.

Step 4
Mix together the white miso, mirin and Japanese soy sauce.

Step 5
In a pan, brush a layer of oil with kitchen paper. Add rice balls and sear until slightly coloured on both sides.

Step 6
Brush one side with the soy sauce and sear until golden brown. Flip over and repeat this step. Ready to serve.
