Fresh Scallops6 pc
Onion1 pc
Thin Cucumber1 strip
Garlic2
Ginger10 g
Green onion20 pc
Water50 ml
Korean chili sauce20 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
White vinegar10 ml
Sugar10 g
Cayenne pepper5 g
Sesame
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onion and cucumber

Step 2
Mince the ginger and garlic

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the onion until fragrant, then add the garlic and ginger

Step 4
Add the scallops and cook for 2 minutes

Step 5
Add the cucumber, chili paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder and some water

Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes, add green onion and quick stir

Step 7
Transfer to the plate

Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve
