Clean the ingredients. Cut chicken leg meat into pieces, onion into thick slices. potato into pieces, tomato into dices and olive into halves.

Add olive oil and heat the pan. Pan-fry chicken leg meat for 5 minutes over medium-heat. Leave it aside.
