Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

Step 2
For the pastry, mix butter and sugar, add egg and stir them. Then add cake flour, sieve cocoa powder and stir them well.

Step 3
Wrap dough in plastic and freeze it for 30 minutes

Step 4
Roll the dough out for 2cm thick, place into the tin

Step 5
Bake for 10 -15 minutes until the tart done, let it cool down

Step 6
Melt dark chocolate over a pot a hot water

Step 7
Spread evenly on the tart, wait until the chocolate condensed

Step 8
For the ganache, boil and melt butter in a pot

Step 9
Add the butter into dark chocolate chips, stir them well until the chocolate is melted

Step 10
Add whipping cream and orange juice, stir them well
