Step 1
Soak the sticky rice in water for 10 hours or over night

Step 2
Rinse the pork ribs and drain dry

Step 3
Rinse the pork ribs and drain dry

Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine pork ribs with sour plum, sliced ginger, salt, ground white pepper, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and mix well

Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. Mix the pork marinate a couple of times during this process

Step 6
Remove the pork rib sauce. Add the sticky rice to the pork and mix well

Step 7
Transfer to a serving plate. Steam over water on high heat for 90 minutes to 2 hours. Ready to serve.
