Spinach liver fried rice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice carrots

Step 2
dice liver into similar size

Step 3
Soak liver for 15 minutes and rinse until water is clear without blood

Step 4
Marinade liver with salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, 1 tbsp. water and Chinese wine

Step 5
Wash and blanch spinach quickly and place into ice bath

Step 6
Ring out water and chop spinach

Step 7
In a hot pan, sauté liver until golden brown and reserve

Step 8
In the same pan, sauté carrots and rice for 3 minutes and add in liver and spinach
