Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil, blanch the shrimp, broccoli, radish, wong choi, defrosted sea cucumber and scallop for 2 minutes respectively.

Step 2
Combine abalone sauce with chicken stock. Set aside.

Step 3
In the poon choi pot, start the first layer with radish and wong choi.

Step 4
Put soaked mushroom, sea cucumber, fried fish ball, broccoli and roasted pork as second layer. Pour in the sauce and covered with foil, bring to boil over medium high heat. Turn down to medium low heat and cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 5
Finish off with shrimp, scallop and abalone layer, cover with foil and cook for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
