Step 1
Cut tofu into small pieces. Beat the egg. Mix all ingredients of the sauce.

Step 2
Bring the sauce to boil at low-heat.

Step 3
Coat the tofu with flour and dip it in beaten egg.

Then, coat the tofu with bread crumbs.

Step 5
Heat a pot of oil at medium-heat. Deep-fry the tofu until golden brown.

Step 6
Put mashed white radish at the side. Ready to serve.
