Warming Lamb Soup

Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and chop the lamb into pieces. Blanch in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Cut the leek diagonally. Sauté until fragrant with oil and ginger slices.

Step 3
Add lamb and 2L cold water. Bring to boil on high heat and add ground whiter peppercorns.

Step 4
Remove the foam and keep boiling until the soup turned clear. Reduce to the lowest heat and boil for an hour.

Step 5
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
