Ingredients
General Ingredients
Kelp1 pc
Salmon200 g
Cooked rice2 bowl
Mozzarella cheese, grated2 tbsp
Nori sheets8 pc
Oil2 tsp
Salt
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the kelp, chop and set aside.

Step 2
Sear the salmon until cooked and crumble into flakes.

Step 3
Blend the cooked rice until rough. Add salmon, kelp, cheese and salt. Form into patties.

Step 4
Wrap each patty with a nori sheet.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Sear the senbei for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Ready to serve.
