Paper Wrapped Garlic Spareribs

When the paper is torn, the aroma of the spareribs spreads. The garlicky and juicy spareribs fill you stomach.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slightly smash the garlic. Slice the ginger and cut the green onion in section.

Step 2
Marinate the spareribs with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch and sugar for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Cut the parchment paper into the size big enough to wrap the ribs.

Step 4
Individually place the ribs, garlic, ginger, green onion section on the parchment paper and wrap it up.

Step 5
In a pot, add enough oil on a medium heat and deep fry until golden brown and the ribs is cooked.

Step 6
Unwrap the paper and ready to serve.
