Curry Potato Ball
Recipe Details
Nobody can resist crispy potato balls. Cooking it yourself is not healthier, you can also season it with curry and make it tastes even better.

Step 1
Peel and cut the potato into pieces.

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the potato until soft. Drain and mash the potato. Season with some salt and white pepper.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the onion until fragrant.

Step 4
Add the ground beef and cook about half way, add the flour to mix together.

Step 5
Add the milk, curry cubes and cook until the curry has thickened.

Step 6
Combine the potato and the curry mixture. Divided the potato cake and form into patties.

Step 7
Dust the patties in flour, dip in egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 8
In a pan, add enough oil and fry the potato cake until golden brown and transfer to the kitchen paper.

Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and ready to serve.
