Salmon Sashimi150 slice
Tobiko3 tbsp
Japanese Cucumber1 strip
Large Root (Japanese White Radish)10 g
Carrot2 pc
Onion Rong (With Juice)1 tbsp
Oil3 ml
Soy sauce3 tbsp
Rice vinegar3 tbsp
Sugar10 g
Black pepper2 g
White sesame1 tsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
grate the onion with the grater

Step 2
Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Set aside

Step 3
Finely shredded the carrot and daikon radish

Step 4
Cut cucumber into disc

Step 5
Mix the daikon radish and carrot in a serving bowl

Step 6
place the salmon sashimi on top

Step 7
Add the cucumber on the side
