Slow Cooked Abalone

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Defrost the abalone and rinse. Remove its mouth and lips.

Step 2
Place into zipper bag and vacuumize. Slow cook for 40 hours on 75°C.

Step 3
Thin slice the abalone and transfer to a plate.

Step 4
Keep the juice in the zipper bag. Cook with sake, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar until boiled. Thicken with corn starch solution. Drizzle over the abalone.
