Roasted Pork Neck with Strawberry Sauce

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Cover the baking tray with foil and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and pat dry the pork neck. Marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Chinese rose wine, sugar and sesame oil for at least 1 hour.

Step 3
Place the pork neck on the baking tray. Bake each side for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Blend the strawberries, remaining soy sauce and ketchup until smooth.

Step 5
Brush the pork neck with strawberry sauce. Bake each side for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
