Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges with Garlic and Herb

Step 1
Preheat oven to 230C. Place the parchment paper on the baking tray and set aside.

Step 2
Cut the potatoes into wedges. Soak in ice water for 30 minutes, pat dry and set aside.

Step 3
Mix together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, parmesan cheese and sea salt.

Step 4
Mix the potatoes together with olive oil. Add the seasonings and mix well.

Step 5
Place on the baking tray and bake for 18-25 minutes until golden brown. Ready to serve.
