Prawn is good for kidney. This Kung Po Prawn is a little spicy yet perfectly match with white rice.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Seed and cut the green bell pepper into pieces. Mince the garlic. Chop the dried red bird chili and set aside.

Step 2
Clean and devein the prawns.

Step 3
Marinate the prawns with salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, ground white pepper and corn starch for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Mix together light soy sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar and the remaining sugar.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and dried red bird chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 6
Add green bell pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add prawns and stir-fry until cooked.

Step 7
Add sauce and mix well. Ready to serve.
