Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the pie crust. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, butter, egg, cream and mix until smooth. Wrap it with plastic and refrigerate for an hour

Prepare the filling. Remove the core of the apple and cut into dice

Step 3
In a pan, melt the butter. Add the dice apple, sugar, lemon juice, apricot and cinnamon. Cook it for 20 minutes on a low heat. Let cool and set aside

In a surface area, roll the dough in 1/2cm thick and place it over the baking mold and trim off the edge

Place the apple filling in the pie and spread it evenly

Step 6
Remove the core of 1 apples and thinly slice. Place the slice apple over the filling according to your own preference

Preheat the oven to 180°C.Place the pie in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool

Prepare the glaze. Combine the apricot, water, sugar and cook until dissolve. Brush it over the pie and serve
