Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Blanch the bean sprouts for 1-2 minutes

Step 2
Drain and cut into pieces

Step 3
Chop the ginger and leeks

Step 4
Chop the ginger and leeks

Mix together the pork, Chinese cooking wine, salt, ginger, leeks and bean sprouts

Add the thicken sauce to mix well

Step 7
Cut the tofu in thin slice and place on the gauze

Place the pork mixture on top of the tofu

Wrap the tofu according to video and picture instruction to form a dumpling

Wrap the tofu according to video and picture instruction to form a dumpling

Steam the tofu over high heat for 5-6 minutes then set aside

Add oil on high heat, sauté ginger and crab paste until fragrant

Add Chinese cooking wine, water, salt, sugar and thicken sauce, cook until the sauce is thicken

Pour the sauce over the tofu and serve
