Milk Cabbage120 g
Vermicelli30 g
Straw mushrooms3 pc
Green onion, chopped5 g
Coriander
Chicken stock500 ml
Fish sauce1 tsp
Coconut milk8 tbsp
Sugar3 g

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut cabbage into sections

Step 2
Cut mushrooms in half

Step 3
Cut tofu into cubes

Step 4
Bring chicken broth to a boil and add minced pork

Step 5
Add tofu, vermicelli, cabbage, mushrooms and fish sauce

Step 6
Bring it to a boil, add spring onion, cilantro, pepper, sugar

Step 7
Add coconut milk

Step 8
Serve hot
