Ingredients
General Ingredients
Cooked rice1 bowl
Nori flakes4 tbsp
Salmon fillet1 chunk
Lemon juice
White sesame
Black sesame
Egg1 pc
Salt
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Sear the salmon until cooked and use a fork to loosen it.

Step 2
Mix together the cooked rice, salmon, nori flakes, lemon juice and salt.

Step 3
Wet your hands and roll the rice mixture into balls. Place onto a baking tray, brush some egg wash and sprinkle some sesame on top.

Step 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes on 200°C. Ready to serve.
