Stir-fried Vegetables with Fresh Lily Bulb and Black Fungus

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse all vegetables and soak the fresh lily bulbs with salt water to prevent darkening.

Step 2
Heat a pan with some oil. Stir the fresh lily bulbs until soft and set aside.

Step 3
Heat a pan with some oil and sauté the ginger. Add honey peas, lotus roots and fresh black fungus.

Step 4
Season with some salt and sugar. Add some water and bring to boil. Add fresh lily bulbs and stir until done. Ready to serve.
