Salmon Meatballs Linguine with Lemon and Avocado Sauce

Lemon and Avocado Sauce Ingredients
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Dice the salmon and onion.

Step 2
Peel and seed the avocados.

Step 3
Use b-kitchen Chopper Box to blend together salmon, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg white, cayenne pepper powder, parsley, salt and black pepper.

Step 4
Form into mini balls and place on the baking tray.

Step 5
Place into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6
Prepare the sauce. Blend together avocados, basil, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, milk and salt with b-kitchen hand blender (the mincer).

Step 7
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 8
Add sauce to the linguine and toss to combine.

Step 9
Transfer to a plate.

Step 10
Serve with salmon meatballs.
