French Steak in Red Wine Sauce

Step 1
Wash steak and pat dry. Season both side with 10 grams of pepper and salt for 10 minutes;

Step 2
Put the steak into red wine; make sure the steak is covered by wine, for half an hour;

Step 3
Slice cucumber lengthwise, cut lemon into wedges, cut broccoli and mini carrots into pieces;

Step 4
Heat the pan, sauté broccoli with butter, salt and 5 grams of pepper, add some white wine for better smell. Plate up and set aside.

Step 5
Sauté carrots with butter, season it with pepper, salt and oyster sauce. Pour some water to soar half of carrots, cook until its all done and sauce reduced.

Step 6
Heat the pan with olive oil, pan-fry the steak for 3 minutes, and turn it over for another 3 minutes;

Step 7
Pour the red wine into steak; add corn starch water to thicken the sauce;

Step 8
Decorate the plate with cucumber, carrots and lemon;

Step 9
Finally serve the steak nicely. Pour on the sauce.
