Step 1
Sieve flour, baking powder, custard powder and tapioca starch in a large bowl

In another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Slowly add the evaporated milk and water and mix well

Gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture, whisk until no more lump

Then add the vanilla extract to mix well

Lastly combine with the oil

Separate the batter into 2 bowls. Add cocoa powder and chocolate chips in one of the bowl to make the chocolate flavor

Place both the batter in the fridge for one hour

Place the batter in room temperature 30 minutes before cooking

Heat the egg waffle maker

Step 10
Pour the batter to fill the machine

Cover the lid and lock

Step 12
Flip the egg waffle maker and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until its golden brown

Use the fork to take out the egg waffl

Place on the rack to cool
