Baked Tenderloin with Herb

Slice the mushrooms and set aside

Tenderize the beef tenderloin by poking them with a fork

Season the beef with ½ teaspoon salt and mixed herbs

In a saute pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter on medium heat

Add the beef tenderloin and sear both sides on high heat until brown

Transfer the beef to a preheated (220 degree Celsius) oven to bake for 5 minutes

Place the pan over your stove and melt 1 tablespoon of butter on medium heat

Add red wine and salt, bring to a boil

Next, add thickening sauce and mix constantly. Remove from heat

Return the beef to the pan. Garnish with cheery tomatoes and herbs. Ready to serve
