步骤 1
Cut chicken thigh into pieces. Cut fresh porcini mushroom into small pieces. Dice the red chili.

步骤 2
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, melt the butter and sear the chicken until golden brown.

步骤 3
Add fresh porcini mushroom, ginger slices, dried red chili, bay leaves and dried mandarin peel.

步骤 4
Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce and some water. Cook for 25 minutes with the lid on.

Season with sesame oil and ready to serve!
