Soak dried plums in hot water, put aside until it reaches the room temperature. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and lightly cut a cross at the bottom. In a pot of boiling water, add cherry tomatoes and blanch for 10 secs. Drain and plunge the tomatoes in cold water for 1 minute. Peel away the skin. Add honey citron and lemon juice into the plum water, stir well and add the cherry tomatoes. Chill in the fridge and marinade for 2 hours. Enjoy!
