洋葱丝30 g
肥牛片200 g
蒜茸5 g
生抽20 ml
糖5 g
鸡汤40 ml
白芝麻1 tbsp
葱花
白饭1 bowl

步骤 1
Heat the pan over medium heat with some oil, sauté shredded onion and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add beef slices, soy sauce and sugar. Stir well.

步骤 3
Pour in chicken broth and cook for 3 minutes until the sauce reduced.

Place the beef on a bowl of rice, sprinkle some chopped green onion and white sesame before serve.
