步骤 1
In a pot, add cold water, spare ribs, ginger slice, green onion and Shaoxing wine. Blanch the ribs, drain it and set aside to cool down.

步骤 2
In another pot, add Cordyceps flower, spare ribs and water. Cook for 50 minutes over low heat.

步骤 3
Add goji berry, red dates and season with salt and chicken powder. Cook for another 10 minutes and ready to serve.
