生抽2 tbsp
指天椒4 pc
绍兴酒2 tbsp
生粉1 tsp
生粉水1 tbsp

步骤 1
Cut chicken breast into dices. Cut green onion and red chili into small pieces.

Add Shaoxing wine and potato starch to the chicken breast and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the pan over medium heat, add chicken, red chili and green onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Season with soy sauce and stir in the potato starch thickener.

Add deep fried peanuts and toss well. Ready to serve!
