白酒70 ml
鹽
牛油112 g
中筋麵粉75 g
高筋麵粉75 g
雞蛋250 g
Ile de France Charmindor芝士片60 g
胡椒粉
辣椒粉
分步说明

步骤 1
Add butter and water into a pot and bring to boil. Add in white wine.

步骤 2
Remove from heat, add in all flour at once.

步骤 3
Use low heat to mix the flour until it becomes smooth ball shape.

步骤 4
After cooling down, add the egg by bits and mix well.

步骤 5
Add cheese and seasoning, mix well, it should stand.

步骤 6
Pipe and bake 190C for 15 to 20 mins. Enjoy!
