Cut the zucchini, onion, leek and celery into pieces.

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add some salt and blanch the spinach. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, add some olive oil. Add onion, garlic, sea salt and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Stir-fry the zucchini and celery for 4 minutes. Add chicken broth and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5
Transfer all the ingredients to the blender and blend to combine. Pour into a pot and cook until thicken. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

Step 6
Add the chopped spinach and cook for 1 minute.

Step 7
Ready to serve.
