XO sauce Fried Udon Noodles with Mixed Vegetable

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate pork with soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Shard the cabbage, green bell pepper and carrot, set aside.

Step 3
In a pan, heat some oil on high heat, saute the cabbage until cooked, take out and set aside. Then sauté carrot and green bell pepper until cooked, take out and set aside.

Step 4
Use the same pan, sauté sliced pork until half cooked, add Udon, mix well.

Step 5
Then add the cooked vegetables back.

Step 6
Add the XO sauce, cook for another 1 minute. Add dark soy sauce and sugar, mix well. Ready to serve.
