Wuhan dry noodle is a special snack of Wuhan city in Hubei Province, is one of the 5 major noodle in China. The noodle of the dry noodle is very thin, smooth and tasty. Mixed with sesame oil, sesame paste, fresh spice will give the flavor and taste.

Step 1
Finely chop the spicy radish and green onion.

Step 2
Mince the ginger and garlic, place in warm water for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Mix together the sesame paste and sesame oil to make a sauce.

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the noodle for 30 seconds, drain and transfer to the bowl.

Step 5
Add the salt, white pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger garlic water, vinegar, chili oil, chopped spicy radish, sesame sauce and green onion.
