Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cook the wild grain with water (ratio of 1:2) in a cooker. Blend the cooked wild grain with a blender until smooth. (Add 1-2 tbsp water if necessary)

Step 2
Add brown sugar and 1/2 glutinous rice flour. Knead and mix well. Add the remaining glutinous rice flour and knead into a smooth dough.

Step 3
(Spread some glutinous rice flour on the working area) Divide into several portion and press into a disc shape.

Step 4
Add some oil on a pan and sear the rice cake until golden brown on medium low heat. Try and without raw flour taste means done.
