Whole Apple Cup
Recipe Details
It’s perfect to use one fruit to make dessert or snack. Use an apple, mix with crispy biscuit crumbs to make a tasty dessert.

Step 1
Slice the apple to 1cm thick. Remove the seed from the apple.

Step 2
Crush the digestive biscuit with a rolling pin.

Step 3
In a pan, melt half of the butter on medium heat. Add sugar and biscuit crumbs until dried. Rest at room temperature.

Step 4
In another pan, melt the remaining butter on medium heat. Add the apple slices and sear to golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

Step 6
Layer the apple slices and sprinkle the biscuit crumbs repeatedly. Top with biscuit sticks and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
