Peanut50 g
Soy bean50 g

Leek50 g

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak Soybean, peanuts and dates in water for 15 minutes

Step 2
Cut leeks into section

Step 3
In a pot place pork’s knuckle and add water and bring to hard boil for about 5 minutes.

Step 4
Rinse pork’s knuckle and reserve for later use

Step 5
In a soup pot, add all ingredients and water

Step 6
Cover and bring it to a hard boil and reduce heat to low and boil for about 1 hour until meat is tender
