Step 1
Add the clams, white wine, salt and ginger into a pot of boiling water, and cook until the clams open up.

Step 2
Remove clams from pot and set aside but reserve the clam soup in the pot.

Step 3
In a separate pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add white wine and ramen noodles and simmer until cooked. Drain noodles and place in serving bowl.

Step 4
Re-heat the clam soup and add the chicken broth, salt and clams.

Step 5
Once boiled, pour the soup over the noodles and place clams on top. Ready to serve.
