Step 1
In a pot, combine white fungus with water until soft

Drain dry and discard the water. Remove the yellow parts

In a bowl, combine dried Chinese yam and wolfberries. Add water to soak for 10 minutes. Drain dry

Step 4
In a pot, combine white fungus, dried Chinese yam, wolf berries, and osmenthus flower jelly

Step 5
Add 500mL water and boil on high heat for 10 minutes. Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes

Step 6
Add rock sugar, simmer for 10 minutes until completely dissolved

Step 7
Transfer to serving bowl
