White Fungus Lotus Seed Sweet Soup

Soak the white fungus until soft

Remove the core and cut into pieces

Soak the red date until soft and remove the seed

Clean and wash the lily bulbs, peel and place in water to prevent turning brown

In a bowl, dissolve the water chestnut flour with 100mL water. Set aside

In a pot, bring the rest of the water to boil, add the white fungus, lotus seed and red dates and cook it for an hour

Add the rock sugar and cook until dissolve

Add the lily bulbs

Stir in the water chestnut mixture until the sweet soup has thicken
