Step 1
Soak honey locust fruit, white fungus and peach resin overnight. Remove the impurities and rinse the peach resin. Remove the root, tear and rinse the white fungus.
Step 2
Peel, seed and dice the papaya.
Step 3
Bring water to boil. Add white fungus, honey locust fruit, peach resin and papaya. Cook for 35 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4
Add rock sugar and cook until melted. Ready to serve.
