Arugula5
Black vinegar2 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tbsp
Salt5 g
Black pepper5 g
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take the skin off the melon and cut into cubes
Step 2
Cut the feta cheese into same size as the melon
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add the balsamic, salt and pepper, then slowly add the olive oil to the mixture to emulsified the dressing
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, melon and cheese and toss well
