Watermelon is a refreshing summer essential fruit. This slice of watermelon look no different from ordinary watermelon, the texture is al dente and smooth. Watermelon jelly not only can refreshing and also can play another role.

Step 1
Soak gelatine sheet into cold water until soft

Step 2
Wash the watermelon and cut it in half

Step 3
Remove the meat and place in the blender to blend the watermelon into juice

Step 4
Strain off the pulps

Step 5
Bring a large pot to a boil, place the watermelon bowl in the water and cook it for 3-4 minutes

Step 6
Use the paper towel to soak up the excess liquid. Set aside

Add into a pot and add some water. Cook until the gelatine dissolved

Step 8
Remove from the heat, add the sugar and whisk until dissolve

Step 9
Pour about ¼ of the watermelon juice to the gelatin mixture and bring it to simmer and turn off the heat

Add the rest of the watermelon juice, black sesame seeds and whisk well. Let cool

Step 11
Place the watermelon bowl in the bowl to secure then pour the watermelon juice and place in the fridge until it firm

Cut into slices and serve
