Water bamboo Shrimp

Step 1
Remove thick skin of water bamboo and dice heart into cubes

Step 2
Cut sausage into section

Step 3
cut chili into rings

Step 4
slice ginger into strips

Step 5
Marinade prawns for 20 minutes with corn starch, rice wine and salt

Step 6
In a hot pan with boiling water, blanch bamboo and sausage for 2 minutes and reserve for later use

Step 7
In a hot pan with oil, sauté prawns until golden brown and reserve

Step 8
In the same pan, sauté ginger and chili pepper until fragrant, then add in sausage and bamboo. Add in soy sauce and lemon juice

mix in prawns
