Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
First, put walnut into 200 °C oven and bake for 5 mins.

Step 2
Keep 10 walnuts, crush it.

Step 3
Soak red dates and rice.

Step 4
Put the rest of the walnuts, red date, rice and 500ml water into mixer. Blend until smooth, strain it and set aside.

Step 5
Ready 1000 ml water and bring to boil. Add rock sugar, soy milk and walnut paste.

Step 6
Cover the lid, use low heat to cook until the mixture thickens.
