Step 1
Rinse and soak the walnuts, gorgon fruits, dried Chinese yam, wolfberries and honey dates. Set aside.

Step 2
Bring some water to boil. Add pork shank and blanch for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Bring walnuts, gorgon fruits, dried Chinese yam, wolfberries, honey dates, pork shank and water to boil on medium heat.

Step 4
Cover the lied, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 1 hour.

Step 5
Season with salt and ready to serve.
