Wagyu Beef with Tomato Sauce

Beef tenderloin Chinese style is a dish that most restaurant has, the sweet and sour taste is good to go with rice to eat, this time by using wagyu beef to make this dish, it make the taste more surprises.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the beef and marinate with corn starch, Chinese cooking wine, sugar and light soy sauce for 20 minutes

Step 2
Cut the tomatoes and onion into pieces

Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, light soy sauce and water

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the beef until half cook and set aside

Step 5
In the same pan, use the remaining oil from the beef and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant

Step 6
Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes

Step 7
Add the beef back, quick stir

Step 8
add the sauce mixture until the sauce has coated the beef
