Wafu Curry Pork with Rice

Step 1
Peel and cut the potato, carrot and onion into pieces.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat and sear the pork until golden brown and set aside.

Step 3
In the same pan, melt the butter with some oil. Sauté the onion until fragrant, add the apple sauce and mix together.

Step 4
Add the carrot, potato and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5
Add the pork back, enough water to cover the ingredients and bring it to boil.Reduce to low heat and let cook for 20-30 minutes until the vegetable is soft and the pork is tender.

Step 6
Gradually add the curry cubes, stir until the curry has melted and the sauce has thickened.

Step 7
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve with rice.
